Upper Body Sample Workout (Average Training Time= 1 hour 20 min.)

This article will provide for a complete upper body workout (targeting all the major upper body muscles). Keep in mind that this routine is meant for hypertrophy, and all the workouts listed below will be performed in a superset fashion. For example, your first exercise will be exercise “1A)”, which will be superset with “1B)”. The reps and sets will be prescribed in the column next to the exercise, and lastly the rest periods. Push yourself to obtain quality repetitions for each exercise and enjoy those gains!
